eSIM Installation

To successfully install eSIM, please follow all steps of the instructions carefully.

Step 1

Send QR code to another device

This is required in order to scan the QR code with this device.

Don't have second device near you? Try Manual Installation.

Step 2

Go to settings to install eSIM profile

Settings -> Mobile Service

Step 3

Tap “Add eSIM”

Open Add eSIM from Mobile Service settings.

Step 4

Choose “Use QR Code”

Select the QR code option to continue installation.

Step 5

Scan the QR code

Position the QR code provided by your carrier in frame.

If there is a problem with the network connection — turn on the Flight Mode for 8 seconds. Сonnection process can last for 10 minutes.

FAQ

If you have done all the items correctly – esim is installed!

eSIM can only be reinstalled on the same device
